Database redevelopment

MPS version 2.0 database is currently being built from the ground up. I am starting to see areas of this current build that while suited what oi was trying to achieve at the time, are somewhat lacking in the broader context of what i a, trying to achieve with MPS.

I will be able to reuse most of the code from this version of MPS and will also continue to keep this site upto date whilst i am still developing the updated version of MPS. I think that i will keep the version revision a minor increment on what it currently is though: perhaps version 1.0.1.0, not that it really matters anyhow.
